VACANCY NOTICE The United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR) Representation in the Republic of Moldova wishes to announce the following vacancy: VN/2008/001 ASSOCIATE LEGAL OFFICER (NOB) The applicants should meet the following criteria: a) Be a national of the Republic of Moldova, b) Have excellent knowledge of English, Romanian and Russian. Knowledge of other languages an asset; c) University degree or equivalent in Law and/ or International Law; d) Extensive and progressive work experience in the field of international humanitarian law – minimum 4 years; knowledge of refugee legislation and refugee status determination; e) Good interpersonal skills and ability to work in a multinational environment. UNHCR invites both female and male candidates.
